1. Scope of Services

Billinglinks provides medical billing services to healthcare providers, medical practices, and clinics. Our services include but are not limited to claim submission, payment posting, denial management, revenue cycle management, and credentialing services. We strive to optimize revenue cycles and streamline billing processes for our clients.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Billinglinks, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete patient and billing information.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including HIPAA regulations.
• Cooperate with Billinglinks in the billing and claims processing workflow.
• Promptly respond to inquiries and requests for additional information.

3. HIPAA Compliance

Billinglinks is fully compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We adhere to strict HIPAA regulations to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information (PHI). Our HIPAA compliance program includes implementing robust security measures, conducting regular risk assessments, and training our employees on HIPAA policies and procedures.

4. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure of your information. However, we cannot guarantee that our services will be completely free from security breaches or vulnerabilities.

5. Payment Terms

Clients are responsible for payment of fees and charges associated with our services as outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Payment terms, including billing cycles, payment methods, and late fees, will be specified in the service agreement. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Billinglinks, including software, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are the property of Billinglinks or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Billinglinks be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data. Our total liability under these terms and agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client within the preceding twelve (12) months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these terms and agreement and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice. Upon termination, clients shall pay any outstanding fees and return any proprietary materials provided by Billinglinks.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

10. Amendments

Billinglinks reserves the right to modify or update these terms and agreement at any time.
